The Dancer’s Exercises.  I promise, they work.

When you ask yourself “Do I want to work out today?”, think of it this way. Do you want to look good in a bikini? When you go shopping, do you want to buy whats cute, not just what fits? Do you want to feel confident? So ask yourself again, do you want to work out today?

Saturday morning warm up

  • 30 Pilates style crunches
  • 20 leg lifts- each side
  • 50 crunches
  • 2 minutes of releves (calf raises)
  • Singing in the shower
